Terms and Conditions * The plugs outlet strictly adheres to age restrictions (21+). Customers may be required to present a valid ID to verify their age. The sale and/or distribution of vapor products to any persons under age 18 years is prohibited. No ID? NO SERVICE!! NO EXCEPTIONS!! *RETURN POLICY Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. All returns must be within three (3) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and seals unopened and attached. To return an item, please email customer service at fullpopking@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization. place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and return to the address you were provided in Email. *Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7-14) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: ● Any E-liquids that have been open or the seal is broken. ● Vapes or Any products that have been opened and are not sealed and in the original manufacturer packaging. *For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. Please Note ● A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. ● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. ● All "discounted" Sales Are Final ● Any and All Items Must be SEALED , UNOPENED AND IN ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER PACKAGING ● E-liquids CANNOT be returned if opened or seal is broken ● NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT A RECIEPT ● Check all products before leaving the store.
